Description:
Matt Bradford: Combining blistering dobro and gritty lyrics, Matt Bradford weaves instrumental mastery and heartfelt songwriting into a genre-defying blend of Folk, Blues, Americana, Country, and Pop. The savvy listener will detect echoes of a wide range of artists from Townes Van Zandt to Bruce Springsteen, and Jeffrey Foucault to Chris Whitley. But ultimately, it is distinctly Matt Bradford.
When he's not hushing a rowdy bar, livening up an intimate listening room, touring, or playing in studio, Matt's usually sleeping--because when he's awake he has a dobro in his hands.
His motto is “there’s no place better than any place with a dobro.”
