The Toodaloos

The Toodaloos

The Toodaloos were born out of a long collaboration and friendship between school mates, Wyatt Pendleton and Adam Burton. From 2014-2019 they wrote for and played in a heavy rock group named “The Savage Young”.

From booze fueled backyard punk shows to black tie wedding gigs, the two knew they had something special. When the other members eventually went off to start new careers, Wyatt and Adam began writing a new batch of songs. Rich in vocal harmonies, whimsical melodies and dark lyrical content, this material was screaming for a rebrand and a fresh new band name.
Several acoustic shows by the nameless duo came and went until eventually, Drummer Greg Lewis saw magic in their set. He approached the boys and asked with burning curiosity “Dudes…Where’s your Drummer?!?” Adam then asked “What are your top three favorite bands?” When Greg replied “The Beatles, The Beatles and The Beatles” he unknowingly had just passed the audition in that exact moment. Bassist Mike Guynn (bar bandmate of Adam) joined soon after. Spirits were lifted and the band were now perfectly fit like a comfortable vintage leather glove. Just in time for the end of the world (March 2020) The quartet never stopped writing, jamming and recording though.
Now with the summer of 2022 hot and ready, the boys find themselves just as hot and ready! with a full album marinating in the mixing console as you read this. The world will get to experience The Toodaloos in their most complete form yet. Kicking off with an explosive show at Harvelle’s July 28th!
