ANDY VIMAR SUPER BAND

Andy Vimar is a Canadian/American Blues Guitarist and Singer. He is noted for his soulful guitar playing, relatable songwriting and electrifying band. Shortly after moving down to the United States, Vimar made his mark on the Los Angeles Blues Scene when his band “The Real Stills” represented the Orange County Blues Society and placed finals at the International Blues Challenge in Memphis, TN. He would then start playing and touring for the next few years. From there he went on to record with grammy nominated producer Eric Corne, and opening for touring acts such as Los Lobos, Sugaray Rayford, Stanley Jordan and more.
Currently, Vimar is playing with his 5 piece group. featuring Jacob Arguetta on bass, Dylan 'Diamond' Diaz on the drums, Leo Folsom on keyboards and 'Mo' Hamid on percussion'. The band has a broad repertoire of original music and covers that are influenced by the sounds of singer songwriter, rock, jazz, soul, country and funk music, all the while maintaining strong roots in The Blues.
