BETTER DAZE BRINGS WORLD-CLASS TOURING MUSICIANS TO SANTA MONICA
Better Daze is a high-energy cover band made up of elite touring and recording musicians who have been performing together in the South Bay for over 20 years. Known for packing clubs and delivering powerful, crowd-pleasing performances, the group continues to be a staple of the Southern California live music scene.
The band performs dynamic versions of iconic songs spanning multiple decades, drawing from artists such as Michael Jackson to Rage Against the Machine. Their setlist features hits from the ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, 2000s, and beyond—designed to keep audiences engaged from start to finish.
Better Daze features an all-star lineup of veteran musicians with extensive international touring and recording experience:
Eric Dover – Guitar / Vocals Eric Dover is a highly respected vocalist and guitarist known for his work with Jellyfish, Slash's Snakepit, Imperial Drag, Alice Cooper, and The Lickerish Quartet.
KOko Powell – Bass / Vocals KOko Powell has toured internationally with artists including The Spencer Davis Group and The Edgar Winter Group, bringing decades of professional performance experience.
Jim Wheeler – Sax / Keys / Vocals Jim Wheeler has performed and recorded with Kenny Loggins, Loggins and Messina, ABC, and many others, and also works as a composer and music editor for film and television.
Joe Travers – Drums Joe Travers is a veteran drummer swho has toured with Duran Duran, Billy Idol, Joe Satriani, and serves as “Vaultmeister” for the Zappa Family Trust.
With decades of combined experience, Better Daze delivers a polished, high-energy live show built on musicianship, authenticity, and a shared love of great songs.
Doors open at 8 PM. Show starts at 9:30PM.
